Delete data – Runaway Tail

Directly in the game (immediately)

1. Open Runaway Tail and go to the settings.
2. Tap “Delete cloud data” and confirm.
3. Your cloud save, your account including any linked e-mail address and the iCloud copy are deleted immediately. After that the app no longer backs up automatically.
4. To remove the progress on your device, uninstall the app.

By e-mail

If you no longer have access to the game, write to info@grubenhund.com – ideally from the linked e-mail address or with the account ID from the game's settings. I delete within one month and confirm the deletion.
