Delete data – Woof Island

Directly in the game (immediately)

1. Open Woof Island and tap the gear in the top right.
2. Scroll to “Cloud save” and tap “Delete cloud account”.
3. Confirm with “Yes, delete”. Your cloud save and recovery entry are deleted immediately and permanently, as is the sign-in with account ID and linked e-mail address unless you use it for another grubenhund game.
4. If the cloud backup is switched off, the button is missing – please send me an e-mail instead (see below).
5. To delete the progress on your device, use “Settings → Delete save” or uninstall the app.

By e-mail

If you no longer have access to the game, write to info@grubenhund.com – ideally from the linked e-mail address or with the account ID from the game's settings. I delete within one month and confirm the deletion.
