Help & contact
Last updated: October 2, 2026
Tell us what you did, what you expected and what happened instead. The version/build, device model and iOS version help reproduce an issue. Please do not send passwords, Apple sign-in details or complete purchase receipts.
In the app, open Settings → Save data, diagnostics & support → Share bug report. You choose where it goes. You can inspect and delete the optional local event log first. TestFlight also provides Apple’s Send Beta Feedback feature. Replies are by email; no fixed response time is promised.
Frequently asked questions
How do I start?
Choose training from the main menu. It introduces Rex, Mops, Laika and Brutus, enemy counters and your first freely planned wave. A fresh campaign run starts afterwards. The mission map shows the next unlocked mission and its medal objectives.
Why is an enemy so hard to hit?
Open the Enemy Codex for shields, healing, phantoms and their counters. The tactics menu lets you choose targeting priorities and a specialization from level 2. Different waves call for different dog combinations.
How do I save a run?
Leave through Save and return to base. Resume loads the local solo checkpoint. A started daily run keeps its original contract and date. Training is a separate practice mode. If a save error appears, first retry saving and export a bug report.
How does co-op work?
Both devices need the same game version and local-network permission. One device hosts a lobby; the other joins. The host manages the game state. After a connection loss, an existing host co-op checkpoint can be offered again. Online co-op requires Apple Game Center sign-in and activation in the build. A service-unavailable message does not mean your save is broken.
What do styles and ads offer?
The campaign is free. Solar, Pirate and Chrome can be permanently unlocked for 180, 360 and 540 in-game tokens. If purchases are available, the Apple purchase sheet shows the actual price. There are no combat bonuses, subscriptions or loot boxes. The wardrobe allows up to three optional rewarded videos per UTC day, worth 30 tokens each. Watching an ad is never required to play. The current beta uses Google test ads.
My purchase or ad reward is missing.
Use Restore purchases in the wardrobe with the same Apple Account. Pending or unverified purchases do not unlock a style yet. Earned styles and real purchases are separate. A video grants its reward only after confirmed completion; if it is cancelled or unavailable, you can keep playing normally. Send support your version, time and visible message, but never payment details or passwords.
How do I transfer or delete data?
In Settings → Save data, diagnostics & support, prepare an export file, share it yourself and import it later. Imports merge progress; an active run is not transferred. Optional iCloud sync requires an enabled build. Deleting the app removes local app data; offloading keeps it. Delete export files and any iCloud data separately. See Delete data in the privacy policy for details.
Can I adjust readability and audio?
Settings offer German/English, reduced motion, contrast, subtitles and separate audio controls. With large accessibility text or VoiceOver, a native list provides construction and combat actions. English text is not overlaid with German voice clips.
BARK is being prepared for iPhone and iPad. A public App Store download is not available yet. The beta includes German and English text; short synthesized character voice clips are available in German. Online services and purchases may still be disabled in individual test builds.
