Delete data – Sauce Pup

Optional grubenhund cloud
- Open Sauce Pup → Settings → Save & cloud and sign in with your cloud email if necessary.
- Choose “Delete cloud account”, read the notice and confirm “Delete permanently”.
- Your Sauce Pup cloud save is deleted. The shared account, including its email, is also deleted if no other grubenhund game still uses it.
Signing out alone does not delete cloud data. If deletion reports an error, automatic uploads are paused; try the deletion function again. Your local save and iCloud copy remain.
Local save and iCloud
First turn off iCloud and optional cloud sync in Sauce Pup. Then remove the app using Delete App (not just Offload App), or clear the site’s data in your browser. Manage the private iCloud copy and device backups separately in Apple or Google settings. For iCloud: Apple Account → iCloud → Manage Storage → Sauce Pup, if data is listed. Menu labels may vary by OS version. Delete exported pictures where you saved them. Enabling sync again may restore a remaining cloud copy.
Without access to the app
Email info@grubenhund.com from the address you used for cloud sign-in, naming Sauce Pup and what you want deleted. Do not send a password or one-time code. We verify your entitlement and handle the request under applicable law.
