Questions or a problem? Email info@grubenhund.com. Include your device, OS, game version and what happened. Do not send a password or one-time code.
How do I play?
Choose Orders or Free Play from the main menu. Follow the reference dog in Orders or invent your own in Free Play. Build, Sauce and Play are the three tools at the bottom. In Play, press, drag or swipe the materials on the dog.
How do I remove a wrong topping?
Tap the bin beside your dog and remove the layer you want. The other toppings stay. The magnifying glass brings the top material closer.
What can I unlock?
Finished dogs earn XP and bones. Level up, collect 360 order stars, discover every material and unlock dogs. Daily goals and trophies bring extra rewards. Missing a day never removes your progress.
Where is my save?
Progress, your collection and settings are saved on your device. On iPhone and iPad the app also syncs through your available iCloud account; turn this off under Settings → Save & cloud. An unfinished creation only remains during the current session.
How do I continue on different platforms?
Under Settings → Save & cloud, optionally sign in with an email and one-time code. Sauce Pup then syncs your save through the optional grubenhund cloud. Use the same email on each device. Apple iCloud and this optional cloud are separate. If saves conflict, you choose which version to keep.
How do I save a picture?
Export a high-resolution picture after finishing a creation. Existing gallery pictures can also be downloaded or saved through the device share menu. Export the logo in Settings.
Can I change the language and effects?
Settings offers Device (automatic), English and German, plus sound, haptics and reduced-motion switches.
Are there ads or purchases?
There are no purchases. From age 16, players may enable video bonuses that double a creation’s bones. Occasional interstitials can then appear between rounds, at least four minutes and four completed rounds apart. No banners interrupt building. TestFlight uses test ads. Players under 16 play without the advertising SDK.
