1. Delete inside the game

From the home screen open Einstellungen & Testfeedback → Dein Spielstand. With cloud enabled, select Spielstand auf Gerät und in Cloud löschen and confirm. Puzzles, flowers, cosmetics, outfit, helpers and local test notes reset. If cloud deletion fails, the save stays intact and the app reports it; reconnect and retry. Other devices receive the deletion marker when they next sync.

With cloud disconnected, Lokalen Spielstand löschen deletes only the local copy. Connect cloud first to delete both. Age category and platform ad consent remain separate. You are not reclassified as an unchecked adult by resetting gameplay.

2. Apple and Google data

You may also manage iCloud data in your Apple account’s storage settings. Once this game is configured, Google Play Games offers Settings → Delete Play Games account & data → Delete individual game data. The Android connection is not yet enabled. We cannot access your private platform account. Device backups and platform diagnostics are separate records governed by Apple/Google. Uninstalling does not remove a cloud copy.

3. Device data, exports and support messages

Delete the app through device settings to remove local app data including age information; on iOS, do not merely offload it. Delete exported reports separately in Files or your chosen storage. To request deletion of support information sent to us, email info@grubenhund.com with the contact address you used and approximate dates. No game login or new account is necessary. Do not send passwords or identity documents. We respond within the applicable legal timeframe, generally one month; legally required retention remains unaffected.
