Do I need an account?
No. Your progress is backed up automatically and anonymously and usually comes back by itself on a new device. If you want to play on several devices, you can choose to link an e-mail address.
How does the Woof-O-Mat work?
The Woof-O-Mat gives you random dogs and items. The game shows the odds before every pull. At the latest, the 60th pull without a legendary result is legendary.
Does Woof Island cost anything?
The game is free to play. Gems and some bundles can be bought optionally – purchases can be restricted in your device settings.
Is Woof Island suitable for kids?
The game asks for the birth year at first launch. Younger players see no personalised ads, and a parental gate appears before purchases.
A purchase did not arrive.
Tap “Restore purchases” in the game. If that doesn't help, send me the order number from Apple's or Google's receipt.
How do I change my ad consent?
In the game's settings under ad or privacy settings.
How do I move my progress to a new device?
Usually it happens by itself when device backup is on (iPhone/iPad: iCloud Keychain; Android: Google backup). Safer: link an e-mail address under “Settings → Cloud save → Link e-mail” on the old device, then use “Load save” on the new one.
